Rice cookers are a versatile item that can generally be used as steamers for vegetables and other foods as well. It’s the magic that you cannot believe it. Many rice cookers have more than one inner bowls, so that you can heat different types of food as you want. Another feature of rice cookers is a flavor scenter, which allows you to create aromatic rice dishes by adding spices like ginger, garlic, or lavender to the steam. First, there are several tips for ordinary rice cooking, by which you will bring out its full flavor. STEPS OF COOKING RICE 1. Measure the rice with a cup and put it into your cooking pot.

      2. Rinse the rice. It is a good way to clean off any excess starch, which will make the rice less sticky. It is also safer and more hygienic to rinse it to remove any pesticides, herbicides, or contaminants that may be present.

o Run tap water in the bowl. While the water is running, stir the rice. o Tip the pot at an angle and drain the excess water out. o Repeat the steps until the water becomes clear 3. Soak the rice for thirty minutes if you prefer the stickier rice. 4. Measure the water. Different varieties of rice require different amounts of water. One rule relatively easy to learn is to fill the cooking pot with the same amount of cups of rice you used, with an additional 1/2 cup. The experts recommend following the directions on the package that the rice came in, or using these guidelines in a pinch: o White, long grain - 1 3/4 cups of water per 1 cup of rice o White, medium grain - 1 1/2 cups of water per 1 cup of rice o White, short grain - 1 1/2 cups of water per 1 cup of rice o Brown, long grain - 2 1/4 cups of water per 1 cup of rice o Parboiled - 2 cups of water per 1 cup of rice o For Indian style rices like Basmati or Jasmine, less water is needed. Use no more than 1 1/2 cups of water per 1 cup of rice. 5. Add a little bit of salt, oil or butter at this time, if desired. 6. Place the rice into the rice cooker. Press the switch to turn it in. The switch will click, like a toaster, when the rice is done. o Don't lift the lid to check on the rice. o The rice cooker automatically turns off , which happens when all the water has been absorbed by the rice when the temperature inside reaches boiling point.

7. Keep the rice inside for 10-15 minutes before removing the lid.

Second, your rice cooker can cook not only rice. STEPS OF BAKING CAKE

3. Use the spoon to mix the sugar and yolk. add in 125ml milk and mix it again. then add in the flour, mix with up down motion, don't mix by clockwise. mix until it become sticky paste. if the flour is not fully dissolved, use the spoon to press it.

4. After the egg yolk, now we prepare the egg white. add 2-3 spoon of sugar into the white, add a little bit of salt or vinegar or lemon juice. batter it clockwise, do not change direction. batter until it become creamy or it won't fall down even if u turn over the bowl
